THOMAS FAMILY SERVICES (HISTORY)

Don Thomas started the Thomas Family Services group in the 1950's when he arrived from Maine and Founded Thomas Roofing Co in Deerfield Beach, FL. Don passed on his building knowledge to his sons Steve and Clay. More importantly he instilled the values of hard work for a fair price that drives the company to this day. Known for quality and craftmanship there are many "Bermuda" style roofs Thomas Roofing put on that are still in service today

In fact, Don was a pioneer and developer of the poured vermiculite Bermuda roofs. The pictures below illustrate the roof system being installed by Don's team. These lightweight concrete roof systems provided a highly durable system that has withstood the test of time. Some are still in service locally today after 60 years!
